Wan Hai Lines has announced the launch of the Japan-Korea-Haiphong (JKH) service on April 22, 2018. This new service will help to extend Wan Hai Lines’ network by providing direct service from Japan, Korea to Haiphong.
The service will be jointly operated by WHL and IAL using 3 vessels with nominal capacity of 1,800 TEUs. Wan Hai Lines will deploy 2 vessels, while IAL will operate 1 vessel.
JKH’s maiden voyage will commence from Pusan on April 22 and arrive in Haiphong on May 1. It will be a 21-day, fixed round trip schedule.
As per a release, the port rotation is: Hakata – Moji- Pusan- Ulsan- Kwangyang- Keelung – Kaohsiung- Haiphong- Shekou- Hong Kong – Xiamen – Hakata
